How to conveniently shop with us and successfully complete the order

Order and transport
In the e-shop menu, click on the My Account icon and fill in the registration form, where you enter your billing and delivery address and your contact.
You can also register during the purchase directly in the shopping cart.
We currently offer payment by bank transfer to our account with Raiffeisenbank, a.s., cash on delivery and payment in person by card or in cash.
We plan to add payment by card and bank buttons in the future.
Yes, as the company circu.eu s.r.o., which operates the e-shop cirkularni.cz, we are VAT payers.
We currently sell goods only to customers and companies in the Czech Republic. Gradually, we will expand the lands where we sell to neighbour countries.
As soon as the payment for the order is credited to our bank account, we will process the order. This means that you will be able to pick it up in person at our distribution warehouse at Pohled 249, 58221 Pohled.
Pokud jste zvolili v objednávce doručení na vaši adresu, tak v tentýž den objednáme dopravu.
If you have chosen delivery to your address in the order, we will order transport on the same day.
How long it will take to get to you will depend on the carrier, which can take 1-3 business days
You can change the delivery address on the My Account page. You can change all the details of your account on the same page.
You can view the overview and status of all your orders directly in your customer account, just click on the My Account item in the menu.

If we happen to have delivered goods to you that you did not order, we apologize.

Check the goods upon delivery, if the goods are visibly damaged, you have the right not to accept them from the carrier.
If you find damage after unpacking the goods, please contact us immediately, by phone or email. You can find our contacts on the Contact page.
We will replace the damaged goods according to the conditions of our complaint procedure.
If you are making a complaint or have decided to return the undamaged goods in their original packaging, send it to the address of our distribution warehouse at: Cirkularni.cz, Pohled 249, 58221 Pohled, CZ.

If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us by email, telephone or using the form on our Contact page as soon as possible.
We will try our best to get the order to where you need it.
The order can be canceled or changed until it is paid.
If you would like to cancel or modify the order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the goods in our e-shop are marked as “Out of stock”, you can add them to the wish list and as soon as we stock the goods, you will receive an email notification.
